“Being a Hero!”

I already knew that this card would be difficult from the start. Stopping a rumor? Not too easy. Fortunately, one rumor did fly past me sometime yesterday. I was at symphony rehearsal, when I found out that someone was spreading a rumor about my friend having mental issues. Of course the minute I heard this, I knew it was a lie. Knowing her for years and she being a 4.o student does not qualify her for having mental issues. So, I decided to take action and save the day. I began my work by telling everyone that the rumor was a lie. I then finished it off by saying nice things about her to everyone. When my friend had began to realize what I had done, she was so happy. She gave me a warm hug and even shared her 5 pound gummy bear bag with me! Yay! Afterwards, I felt like such a hero and was so proud of myself. My friend and I are now closer than ever!
