“There's always time to help a brother out...Santana's sibling story”

My brother is not a big english fan, so his motivation levels to study were pretty low. I offered to help quiz him on vocabulary words to help him study for his test, and after some convincing he agreed to work on it. For about an hour we went through the words first studying them and then quizzing him, of course in random order so he wouldn't memorize the words. After a solid hour we called it good and the following day he managed an A on it! I'm glad I found time to help him out with it, it was worth it to help him out.

I also tried volunteering around my community! A local church was in need of volunteers to work in their childcare program. They are a pretty busy church and have tons of kids come and go throughout their services. So I put in my paper work and started going to the ten o'clock services to help out. It is early for a weekend, but it feels good to serve their. And it is too much fun working with the kids!

I was helping my dad unload some chairs and tables into a building downtown when i saw a lady in her car with her wheel well on fire. i flagged her down and had her get out of her car and ran and got water to put out the fire. we called the fire station and everything was ok.

Help someone study
Willow Neely
This year a lot of my friends and I took AP Economics. Our test was coming up so me and a couple of my friends decided to form a study group. We went to Woods Coffee and spent a couple hours reviewing material. I helped the group study by making vocab cards. I feel like I helped the group because after we reviewed we felt more confident about the subject. I lived forming this study session and will definitely be doing more because they are a great way to learn!
