“Facebook Fast”
1 person thinks this is Nice! Being a Gen Y kiddie it's crazy how much I reply on technologie. Today I decided to be bold and go on a technology fast.
No Facebook.
No Instagram.
No checking my phone while with people.
Phone on silent!
With everyone around me glued to their phones it was tempting to do the same, but I stayed strong.
Now I know that I can survive a day without my beloved ipone I think it's time to try for a couple of days... maybe a week!

Great Idea! I rarely have my phone on anyways so I wasn't sure I would use this card... I am however slightly addicted to Facebook... will try this today!
Oh heck yes....I don't check Facebook for days, and sometimes the ringer is off on my phone so I don't even hear calls. Technology can be overrated, especially when it's used instead of face to face interaction with people. :-)
