“A Star is Born!”

1 person thinks this is Nice!

Day 4 of 26

I have many people who inspire and motivate me. Right now, I would like to send an extra thank you to Ralf Mansson a bit extra. An extremely skilled business developer, who has just moved home from China with his wife. With crystal-clear analysis, thoughtful suggestions and valuable advice he gives me input on a number of areas. He has become a valuable sparring partner, who I appreciate very much. With his space perspective (he is far above the helicopter perspective) he challenges me to think bigger and better. I choose to write my thanks publicly to this extraordinary business developer.

Given Ralf’s star quality and space perspective, I thought it was appropriate to adopt a star in his name. By Google Sky, I sought out a star far, far away and it is now called Ralf Mansson. The star is a part of “The Pale Blue Dot Project”, in which the Kepler telescope will be checking out on the 100000 stars in the constellation Cygnus, where the nearest is 11.4 light years from us. During six years the telescope is searching for planets among the stars, and the huge amounts of data delivered will be analyzed by a bunch of astronomers in the project.
