Tolls are not for Malmo. Apparently not illegal parking either. I chased cars all day, but couldn’t find a car where the parking time was expired. What to do? Well, it’s just to be innovative again. I simply placed my self nearby a parking house in town and waited for a car. After 5 minutes, a car showed up and I threw myself over it. - I am paying for you parking ticket, I shouted and banged on the glass window. A slightly worried motorist peered out, but was thrilled to receive 40 SEK in parking money. It turned out that she had no money on her and was prepared running to the ATM to get some cash. Boom Boom! I said and gave her the card. She promised paying it forward.
