“A little change can cause BIG change...”
1 person thinks this is Nice! I was in line getting groceries and the lady in front of me who was frazzled with two little kids grabbing at things and wandering around, realized she was just short of the total cost. She began to deliberate what to take away and was so obviously stressed and distracted by the situation. Not to mention a bit embarrassed.
With Boom Boom! on my mind... I made my move. I quickly handed the cashier 5 dollars to cover it. Her smile was brilliant. I loved that she totally accepted the offering. Effusive thank you's abound... she left the store with kids and grocery in a changed state of mind.
