“Setting Your Intention”

My job description changed recently, and after I spoke up about how I felt and how I thought the change would affect me and others. My comments inspired others to speak up in support of my point, (some of whom we rarely hear from...), and, as a group, we are actively trying to make the best of the changes. Somehow it feels different when you consciously activate your intention to do good rather than just randomly doing good stuff.
