We took a family day to go and watch the bats fly in Austin, Texas. If you are ever in Austin, there are 1.5 million bats that come out every night (in season) from under Congress Bridge. We took a boat on to Lady Bird Lake to watch. We had some down time between getting on the boat and setting sail so we wrote our letters there. We said thank you to our mailman and to the guys who pick up our trash. Two jobs that are often thankless outside of the Christmas holidays!
