My card said to pay someone's toll or parking instead. With EZ Passes nowadays, the toll wasn't working out. And parking in garages is mostly electronic so that was proving tough as well. As I was walking through town the other night I saw a meter maid checking meters so I waited until he was out of site & found someone's expired meter. That should qualify as paying for someone's parking!
