I was recently in a car accident for which I was not at fault, so had to deal with the person who hit me's insurance company. I went in expecting it to be an enormous pain in the butt (it was). But the POC for the company really did an excellent job communicating with me, working with my request, and making things right! I told him I thought he was an outstanding rep & sent a letter to his boss
