I took a chance and spent a pretty hefty sum of $$$ on a piece of 'like new' baby furniture that was advertised online. It was delivered without a very important part. I called the customer service line for the brand of the item and the super nice agent tracked down the part I needed in exactly the color I needed in order for the item to be functional!
