I recently commented to my brother how much I appreciated that our aunt had given us an ornament every Christmas when we were kids, since that meant we had some of our own once we grew up and decorated our own trees. He mentioned that I should pass that along to her, so I decided to "play" the "write a letter" card to thank her (again) all these years later. :-)
