It's so rude and unkind to talk poorly about someone. You certainly wouldn't want someone to talk about you in a negative way. It doesn't make anyone feel good, and it's simply wrong, so why do it? Instead, you should offer people compliments and try to make someone's day. If you don't have anything nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all.
